Hi all,
Just a clarification, the documentation for completing orientation is in
the Caregivers profile in ClearCare under "skills and certifications". It
is not a tag, but a marked area in that section of the profile.

Caregiver ambassadors have access to the slides, but I will also adjust and
share a one-page document that can be printed and left out on the desktop
for easy reference as the process becomes part of the routine. Muscle
memory takes a bit of practice to retrain.

I look forward to sharing what I have to make the transition smoother.
