Per the CCMS+ in the Analytics Portal, the recruiting team's newly hired caregiver average rating has improved from a *7.4 average in June 2023 *upwards to an *8.3 average in July 2023* (this is the average rating given to our caregivers by the client). I was very happy to see this number as it means our push for higher quality and our implementation of stricter interviewing and qualifying standards is being internalized and executed on by the team. We still have more work to do but I found these results to be very encouraging and wanted to share them. I hope to have another increase to bring to you again next month.
