We've partnered with the ClearCare support team to assist the field in managing and triaging through the mass communication for the app transition. Transition to WellSky App: - The Clear Care support team will communicate directly with caregivers regarding the transition from TheKey app to Wellsky. - They will also manage troubleshooting and triage responses. Should assistance be needed from the local offices the support team will coordinate with Managers of Quality Service for any additional support.
