It came up after. We actually discussed this in her first week or two as it was the first we had heard of it. She did think her territory though was toronto and to the east because we had Pauli here at the time. So while we didn't hear she wouldn't drive to Guelph or Waterloo, we also wouldn't have been discussing that market. We did discuss that driving was a large part of the role and coming to the office and being on the road were expected. She agreed to both.
