The family is very happy, want to continue and hope to increase hours as soon as the spouse agrees. She picked 6 to reflect the spouse still adjusting to having a caregiver in the home for his wife. He was reluctant to have help, he wanted to be the sole caregiver for his wife. They reflected the spouse's feelings in the score. The family feels it is going very well and having a caregiver is essential. The scoring was not reflective of the caregivers or HCA, just the adjustment period for the Client and spouse as they settled into this new situation. Family thinks the caregivers are doing great! Joyce asked if the start time should be adjusted to accommodate the bus schedule better. Schedule to change on Wed to 9am-1pm.
