Erica and team have worked over the past week to set up rules for engagement for FRAX that make it clear on who is accountable for what between field and office and to eliminate ambiguity on some of the staffing situations that have come up. These will be important to ensure we have capacity to properly launch Phase I, as all offices will be required to come onto FRAX with the same process, and all existing offices will be asked to conform to the process over the coming weeks.
