If calls are coming to her specific 8x8 number, answering service forwarding does not apply. Answering service forwarding applies ONLY when calls are routed through the IVR/Automated Attendant in Closed Hours. Calls directly to a user's 8x8 number will ring the user or go to their voicemail if not answered 24 hrs/day.
