Took a call from a referral partner looking into services for their Mother-in-law as the daughter is currently living at the community 24/7 as her mom is a falls risk. It was the brother-in-law calling so not the decision maker and with that he said he would relay the information to his sister-in-law and would think about it. Then in the meeting you told us we were able to go in and do the assessment before papers are signed. I was able to call and let them know we can do a complimentary assessment with no obligation to start services and they said they would start with that. When Poulami and I went to go do the assessment, it was the daughter (the decision maker) there and after the assessment was completed, she said she would like to go ahead with services. We now have a SOC starting tomorrow and she is getting 4 hours a day, 5 days a week for the foreseeable future and also might look at uping hours as well. Just wanted to share and thank you guys for putting back in the assessments as it will really help with getting SOCs! -- Amanda Ilines Home Care Liaison *Please note my email has changed:* amanda.ilines@TheKey.com (437) 217-5861 TheKey.com [image: TheKey] --0000000000003ad7d505ece611e8 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Matt and Tim, I wanted to reach out = and share a win with the reinstated in person assessments.
