Below, You can access the training website at: http://www.cognitivetherapeutics.com/content/training/ (password: ctm525) Interventionist training is done in two parts: a self-study part (~6 hours) and an in-person training part (~4 hours). The interventionist will complete the reading, viewing videos and quizzes for Sections 1-4 prior to the in-person training session. When completing quizzes, they will enter your email address as your supervisor and I will then receive a copy of their results. During Orientation you will review Sections 5-6 during in-person training. Prior to training, make sure that you print out *all hiring documentation*, have a CTM kit and iPad ready and have a computer screen that you can show your interventionist. The forms should be the same as your standard hiring documents for caregivers, except for the CTM Employee Policy Manual, which will replace the caregiver=E2=80=99s Employee Policy Manual.
