I am surprised you would be reaching out to them for a specific client as they usually pay invoices with various clients on them as that is how they want it processed. NSLclerks gets you to the team that ensures the invoices are cleared for payment but they do not make the payments. It is very rare that they would ever just send payment for one client as they do it in batches. This is a huge source of our revenue so I need to make sure we are sure before going asking them about missing payments as in all the years doing business with them they have never missed a payment but it does not come weekly as that is not the terms of our contract.
