They may need PSW or 1-on-1 companionship. Also there is an opportunity to help Villages during an outbreak. Please see below. We=E2=80=99re grateful that most who are affected are experiencing little m= ore than minor symptoms. Our Village teams are working hard to balance the loosening restrictions that came into effect last week with the increased numbers that are being reported in the community, once again. All this comes as we acknowledge our team members for their efforts as National Infection Control week is marked this week, where we celebrate the valuable work of those engaged in infection prevention and control in every corner of our Villages. Flu season approaches quickly and beyond COVID-19, there are other illnesses our teams are constantly working to prevent, and we can all support by ensuring our Vaccinations and Flu shots are up-to-date and we=E2=80=99re th= inking sensibly about infection prevention practices inside our Villages and beyond. *Winston Park new tower build* As you are likely aware, we have had construction delays due to supply chain issues, etc so we have had to push out the opening of our new Winston Park tower a few times. We have received new dates and we are being told that there is a high confidence these dates will happen. - Feb 6th 2023 ~ existing residents in Winston Park LTC building will move into the new tower - March 15th Pinehaven residents will move to the new Winston Park tower *Villages in Outbreak (no residents =3D lower risk)* 1.
