This is my personal cell phone and in no way related to my business account with Amazon. I did not add this number but I can see it's associated with whatever account you have tried to set up for me. There is no way for me to remove it as it's not even listed on Amazon Business on my end. And I am not removing it from my own personal account. I can delete my SJD Amazon account of course and see if that works but I don't see how it fixes the issue considering the problem is related to how they are trying to send the verification code.
