In an effort to recognize all of the hard work, time and energy our HCLs invest into growing our business on a daily basis, we have made some optimizations to our activity reporting effective immediately. Please carefully review the new enhancements below: 1. HCL Client Facing Interactions Moving forward, client facing intakes and assessments conducted by our HCLs will count towards their activity metrics and activity goals each month. This includes phone call, in person and virtual intakes and assessments with potential clients. Intakes and assessments conducted by our HCLs are to be documented on Opportunities in Salesforce, rather than on Referral Accounts, since they are client facing interactions. HCLs: Please watch the important training video below on how to document these efforts properly. *Documenting Client Facing Intakes & Assessments as Events (5 minutes) * Please note: - "Intakes" are considered the lengthy calls with potential clients when you review our services, pricing, client needs, etc. - Please do not log "follow up" calls (aka voicemails or quick check in calls) as Intake Events. Those should continue to be logged as Follow Up= s (green icon). - Please continue to log assessment details in the assessment portion of the Opportunity - this new process does not replace the requirement to l= og your assessments in the assessment section of the Opportunity. New HCL Activity Dashboard in Salesforce I am thrilled to share our new HCL Activity Dashboard in Salesforce that has been thoughtfully designed to help our HCLs manage and nurture their accounts well. This new tool provides much needed visibility on engagement with current SAP accounts, next steps documented with each account, any past meetings that still need the =E2=80=98meeting outcome=E2=80=99 notes p= opulated to be considered completed, accounts that have not been documented on in 3+ months, and more!
