I removed some of the language around the specificity of Cancellations and Schedules and Record Keeping and have left in what already existed in your 2020 agreement. I also removed the statement about guns. HCA Legal has specifically requested that all CCAs now have the following sections: - Invoicing and Payment - Caregiver Protections - Limitation of LIability (you already had this in your agreement) - Fall Risk (you already had this in your agreement) - Electronic Signature - Certification of Authority (you already had this in your agreement) - Termination - Entire Agreement In each of these sections I have reviewed to ensure there is no reference to "state", "city" or "federal" language. I believe all these sections should work for you, but please review and let me know if you see any other issues. Thanks!
