Weekly Census & Ops Metrics -- from Today's Announcement Call

Regional Directors -- I'm using this distribution list and hoping it
includes everyone, but it may not (I'm not on it for example) so adding a
few extra people just in case.

Attached is a template for the spreadsheet I shared on today's Weekly
Announcement call. I've added a few weeks in it so you can see how it
works. In addition, I've included some instructions on how to use it.

Please note that I built this for my own use so it is not the easiest thing
in the world to use and requires updates each week as you add data (all in
the instructions tab). I'm sure we can ask the DART team to make a better
version, but I haven't approached that yet.

I encourage each of you to give it a try and see where you have questions.
If you're stuck on something, please let me know and I can work with Julia
to set up training of some sort for the group.
