Hi Tim

I can manage Waterloo/GTA and our existing HCLs can manage Montreal and Calgary. Not sure the Rookies (Vancouver and Winnipeg) would know how to get things started. May also need GMs help. Are you fine with me connecting with the GMs individually for clarity? 

I will get it done before I leave for my vacation next week.
