So I would just add a step in between receiving the message from CallRail and sending it to Slack. In this step, Integromat would create a new document in Google Drive and paste into the "resume" field of the form. Then, when the message gets sent to slack, I would pull in the URL of the newly created document rather than the content of the resume field. Is there a particular Google Drive account you would like me to use? I can use montrealsoinsadomicile@gmail.com, which I created a while back in order to open the Integromat account. If I use one of your accounts, I will need the login credentials so I can connect it to Integromat.
