Hi All!

Huge shout out to Jennifer Piper who created this onboarding workbook for
her new GM.  I wanted to share with you all as it really encompasses all
that is needed to set them up for success.  I did add the new SLA into
this, but so far that is the only edit I have made.

Please make a copy prior to using.
