ATN: Updated CG Onboarding Process (US only)

Dear Regional Directors,

We are excited to announce that the onboarding team has hired two agents to
assist with the transfer of iFORMS pre-hire paperwork to WellSky and the
creation of caregiver profiles for all US offices (excluding TenderRose,
Concierge Nursing sites, NE JV, NJ and NY).

*Starting Thursday, November 14th, these agents will:*

   - Upload *individual iFORMS* (excluding I-9s, background checks, and W4)
   to WellSky.
   - Update caregiver contact information and emergency contact information
   in WellSky.
   - Enter DOB, expiration dates under skills, background, and
   certifications in WellSky.

*This initiative will reduce the burden and manual time spent at the site
level of creating caregiver profiles.*

*IMPORTANT REMINDERS:*

   - Site-level team members will continue to be responsible for adding
   caregiver notes, profile tags, and entering information collected during
   orientation and the on-going maintenance of the caregiver profile.
   - Onboarding Specialists (Patrick Strong, Silvia Estrella, Brian Scharf,
   and Meera Ladani) will remain responsible for uploading all background
   check reports to the local offices’ respective Google Drive Folders.

so they are aware of the process change.*
