It is just over 1000 sq ft and in our desired location. There is a large lunch room and only 1 enclosed office. Right now there are 10 work stations set up in the open space. The space wouldn't be ideal for closing off more offices. So, it would just be workstations, and no closed off conference room. I have also attached the flyer for two more which I can go and see. Your thoughts on the set-up compared to what we are looking for right now? The other location is slightly less ideal but would enable a separate conference room and at least two closed off offices. With things in flux I am less certain what I am looking for.
