These resources include access to a training platform where you will have access to 20 courses to assign to your staff and yourself, as well as surveys that will be administered to your clients and caregivers to receive real-time feedback on the services you provide. To get started with these services, it just requires a brief meeting to grant you access to the platform and cover some training on its functionality.
