Hi Tim and Chad,

 

Thank you for meeting with us today. I’ve summarized notes and action items below, but please let me know if there is anything I have missed.

 

Action Items:

*	Kristy to connect with Accounting regarding billing item type on the back end
*	Jeannie to create tracking systems for these client populations
*	Tim T to share Lifeguard client with instillation scheduled this week with Kristy, Jeannie, and Laszlo upon official start of services

 

Notes:

*	Lifeguard Program:

*	Subscription based pre-home care and wellness support systems

*	Utilizes remote monitoring sensors to track and transfer data into wellness insights. 

*	RN partnership to develop wellness plans and share insights gathered 
*	Currently offered free of charge to existing TheKey clients
*	Available to all Canada TheKey locations

*	Billing:

*	Clients will be added to ClearCare as normal

*	Standard new client onboarding process – CCA/PAD required
*	Client profiles in ClearCare to be set up to include tax

*	Clients directly billed monthly subscription fee of $800
*	Full subscription and recurring cycle to begin upon client onboarding

*	No prorated billing required for mid-month starts

*	A monthly recurring shift added in ClearCare with a caregiver ‘Lifeguard’ to be finalized and billed in line with standard billing cadence each week
*	Currently no set up costs – set up cost process to be reviewed in depth if/when they become applicable 

*	1 new client with installation of remote sensors scheduled for the week of 9/2

Currently the only recurring subscription model customer base is billed through/for CareTree. I’d suggest we have an alignment call with Kristy from the billing team so we can make sure we decide on a process that works out the gates instead of having to pivot in production and under the gun.

I need to know how to handle Lifeguard leads in SF. Especially when it comes time to convert them to clients. Do we want them in wellsky? Is that how we will invoice our monthly subscription dues? Perhaps for ease of use we create a Lifeguard Caregiver in CC and assign them to the schedule on the sign up date and make one shift for the full monthly fees, recurring monthly? 

 

We have a pre-care client coming on board shortly.
