Hope you're both doing well. I've been brainstorming ideas for our March content and wanted to run them = by you. Of course, if there's anything interesting that you've noticed with clients= or stakeholders lately, definitely let me know. Welcome your thoughts! Amanda Let's demystify funding. I was listening to Tim's CJAD commercial this morn= ing on the radio about funding and how it works. It made me think about how= you've both often told me there are a lot of misconceptions around what's = funded, and what's not, as we age. I thought it might be interesting to do = another interview or Q&A style chat with one of you but on the topic of fun= ding. If you have that commercial recording and want to send it my way, I c= an likely use that as a starting point and then either email you a few ques= tions that you can reply to, or do a quick call that I'll use to flesh it o= ut. I think this could be valuable information, and continue to position Ho= meCare as a valuable partner vs. service provider. Spring into spring with the power of plants. So many people have gotten int= o plants since the pandemic began. As we wait for the snow to (eventually) = melt and the plants to return, seniors - especially those who are isolated = - can take some joy in cultivating house plants. I would do some research o= n the science behind why plants make us happy, and then was thinking I coul= d talk to Maritza, who owns Oh Fleurs, to get some really basic tips and ad= vice that seniors can use if they want to take care of plants at home. It's= a good way to stay engaged, it brings oxygen into the house and clears the= air, and just having something to care for can do wonders for our pandemic= fatigue moods.
