The corporate accounting team wanted to reach out to you and provide an update on the Canada expense reimbursement process transition to the Concur system. As you all know, Daniel Barakat (Assistant Manager, Accounting) and I plan to migrate Canada from QuickBooks to NetSuite, TheKey's ERP system. As a result, you will begin utilizing the Concur reimbursement system for all reimbursable expenses placed on your credit card. The go-live target date for Canada Concur utilization is October 1, 2023. After this date, TheKey Canada will no longer utilize QuickBooks. Each one of you will receive in-depth Concur training from Anotte Francois, Senior Director of Accounts Payable. In this Concur training, questions related to your personal credit card submission in to Concur will be addressed. Also, if any of you have any additional questions now or in the future, please reach out to Anotte Francois and she will address or lead you to the person who will be able to address. Regarding the Concur training date, Anotte Francois will schedule a time that works with your schedules. The date will be provided shortly (all of you should receive training invites in the following week or shortly thereafter). The corporate accounting team wants to thank all of you for your help with the Canada transition and with the continued improvement of TheKey's accounting functions. Thank you, Brian Brian Fialko Director of Technical Accounting Mobile: 610-731-3559 ------=_NextPart_000_01C6_01D9E0D2.67FB3290 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi All, Hope all of = you are doing well. The corporate accounting team wanted to reach = out to you and provide an update on the Canada expense reimbursement = process transition to the Concur system. As you all know, Daniel = Barakat (Assistant Manager, Accounting) and I plan to migrate Canada = from QuickBooks to NetSuite, TheKey’s ERP system. As a = result, you will begin utilizing the Concur reimbursement system for all = reimbursable expenses placed on your credit card. The go-live = target date for Canada Concur utilization is October 1, 2023.
