Alan Marcuvitz (414) 659-0856 called in upset that the aide who was
supposed to be there today has cancelled and a replacement has not yet been
confirmed. They have appointments today and he needs someone there by
9:30AM.

Mr. Marcuvitz says this is our warning that if they do not have an aide in
place this morning that they will be cancelling care effective immediately.

Please contact him as soon as possible.
