She has been with us for over a year now and has not had a raise since working with us and is an excellent caregiver. She is currently at $19/hr (The primary client she works with is at $38.16). She is looking for something close to $22 (everyone is asking for at least 22 to live in Toronto). I'd love to get her to 21 if the new rate card changes but I figured $20 was probably realistic for raising her. She works full time with Pehr Gyllenhammar and would not be easily replaceable there. I do also think we risk losing her if we don't raise her.
