The two directors of Home Care Assistance (Montreal), Inc. are Timothy Thomas and Chen Xie. We are currently updating all of our entities to remove Chen as he is no longer with TheKey and we can't obtain his signature. Is it alright if only Tim signs this resolution as the only remaining director? Since it's appointing Tim a signatory I wasn't sure if this would be a problem.
