She thinks 8% is too steep especially considering they have increased hours a lot recently and now have 9.5 hours of care daily. She was actually expecting a discount not a rate increase because of the increased hours. She said she is really disappointed. Can we leave her as it is for now? I don't want to reduce her rate but because she was expecting a discount I feel even a one dollar raise would be insulting to her. Thoughts? We can always reevaluate in the new year.
