We could do 11:30am PT on Tuesday but are booked up outside of that. Does
that time work?

And yes, the quarterly report every 3 months and the monthly report in the
2 months in between works for me to start with.

So Jan = quarterly report, Feb and march - monthly reports, April
=quarterly report.
