Our goal is to transition any manual paperwork onto the iCIMS platform. iCIMS Form Clean Up Documents in the Pre-Hire packet for your specific state are listed in column A. Column B indicates where HR proposes the forms be housed. To make your recommendations, go to the "IL" tab, then column C and select "iCIMS pre-hire packet", "Orientation", "iCIMS recruiter" or "Accurate" in the drop down menu. Creating a positive experience for each Candidate will hopefully equate to word of mouth for TheKey as a great place to work. Building a healthy pipeline of caregivers is the goal we are striving for. *Timeline* 1st week: Regional Director/General Manager proposes which form remains in the Pre-Hire packet and which forms are to be moved to =E2=80=9COrientation= =E2=80=9D, =E2=80=9CiCIMS recruiter=E2=80=9D, or =E2=80=9CAccurate=E2=80=9D. 2nd week: Karla works with HR, Legal and Compliance re: RD/GM proposed change(s). 3rd week: Karla presents RD/GM the feedback from Legal and Compliance.
