Optique Assurances INV# 123982 & 119899

Hi Tim,

Attached are the invoices from Optique Assurances that were
recently approved by you in Coupa.  Could you please provide additional
details on what these invoices specifically cover? A note from Maria Cobb
suggests they may pertain to general liability for Canada, with the invoice
period listed as August 30, 20024 to August 30, 2025. We could potentially
move these to a prepaid account or another suitable account, allowing us to
expense them over the 12-month term.

If you can get back to me by noon on Monday as we are getting ready to
close the month of September that would be great!
