For this year's budgeting cycle, each of you will have the responsibility to budget your respective Regions, therefore, I want to make sure you have the timeline so you can prepare accordingly. 1. Below you will find a calendar of deadlines, events and deliverables. Please review them and let me know if you have any questions 2. Note that we are planning to skip monthly review calls for August so FP&A can focus on creating budget templates, but we will send out the materials 3. Budget templates will be sent to you on Oct 6 and you will have until Oct 20 to send them back with your budgets 4. I will make sure to keep you informed as the process develops. Next week you will start seeing meeting invites from FP&A are we begin to schedule the necessary touchpoints, reviews and meetings 5.
