We understood that the SME would be eligible for 25% fundin= g, however the budget spreadsheet restricts the percentage to 20. Please he= lp us clarify this difference. From the application itself, I understand th= at the budget will be discussed before signatures. Also, there is a large blank section in the application after Workplan. I w= as not able to insert anything here due to document formatting. As a result= , I moved a large chart that described the project overview to Appendix G.
