2 of 2-Follow-up re. caregiver employment agreement and other staff employment agreement

As stated in my previous e-amil, Chantal would appreciate receiving the information needed today because she meets with Denis tomorrow.

In order to reformulate the content regarding this measure, here is what we need to know and/or receive:

Caregiver employment agreement


  1.  To support what was already stated in the Francization program, please provide a screenshot of what the caregiver candidates see when they wish to apply for a job. Below is what we stated.
This is a rough translation of what we confirm in 2023:
In addition, after further verification with a new employee regarding our new hiring process. He informed us that during the hiring process, he had received his documents in two separate languages (Offer of Employment in English and French). And then another e-mail (Employment contract in French and English). Both e-mails had been sent directly to the employee (via DocuSign) from outside Quebec. This is excellent news, so we're on the right track considering all the internal changes that will continue to take place over the coming months.


  1.  Copy of the template of the caregiver employment agreement in English.
  2.  Do you have control on this template to make minor modifications?

Other employment agreement for all the non-caregivers

  1.  To confirm that the employment contract and "offre d'emploi" provided in 2023 to the OQLF (see attached) are still accurate. Is this your latest version? If not, provided new templates in French and in English.
  2.  If the attachment is still accurate, please provide templates of both documents in English.
  3.  Please confirm that you use the same template of contract for all the non-caregivers (meaning corporate/admin, nurses, etc.)? If separate contracts are used for nurses, please provide templates in both languages.
  4.  Do you have control on these templates to make minor modifications?
