If you read at the bottom of the slide, we call out the 1 SOC from partnerships within Chicago, which brings the total starts to 3 for Chicago. The decision was made to remove partnership volume from slide as the volume we get from the top of the volume skews the data. To work around this, we call out any partnership starts at the bottom of the slide.
