The older ones are a bit of an issue, but I am focusing on the more current right now. Once I send their first pay stub, I am on them (reminder before the next pay period and follow ups after that). I sent close to 300 tax documents this year and I don't want to do that again. On the tax documents topic, I discovered that there are two files "employee" and "employer". The employer file contains everyone... the employee only has those who are not signed up for ePost. What I will do at the end of this year is take the "employee" file and email those out right away since there is no way they will have access to theirs. Might help.
