Client has been with us for years ( husband David) will not pay OT. Will have to add more caregivers to her team but the client will refuse. Lori Block - She pays her overtime. This week was a one off - payroll computed wrong - we did not bill 2.2 hrs of OT that we paid caregiver. Penelope Leonard - OT was due to a fill-in caregiver. We typically bill all OT.
