She quickly became a fantastic care manager and we moved her to full time CCM. We then added sales opportunities as she forged some nice relationships in a few communities. She=E2=80=99s incredible at adding hours with existing clients= as well. She has a lot promise and skills. In my opinion we need this to retain her.
