Your adaptability during this period is greatly appreciated, and we are excited to see the improvements this change will bring. We=E2=80=99d also like to provide updates regarding the on-call calendar: 1. *Daily Coverage*: One person will now be assigned daily for caregiver/staffing support. 2. *Caregiver Manager Assignments*: Caregiver Managers will step in on days when on-call coordinators are unavailable, significantly reducing t= he commitment for this team. 3. *No Changes to Existing Schedules*: To minimize disruption, we have kept the original schedule intact and simply removed caregiver managers from days where on-call coordinators will be covering. If any Caregiver Manager needs a day off from their on-call assignment, please coordinate with another Caregiver Manager to cover your shift.
