Our huge initiative in the next 2 weeks will be getting ALL of our caregivers using the app. Our goal is to have all of the offices in The Great Lakes at 95%!! I am going to list out a few items that will be helpful for the internal team to be able to walk the caregiver through the app. Effective today, 8/8/22, we will no longer "just" clock the CG in and out. They must use the app. If a caregiver doesn’t have a smartphone, please mark them with the “No smartphone/Old tech” tag in their ClearCare profile. They can continue to use telephony to clock in and out and this will not hurt our scores. The App support team can assist from 5am-5pm via email, app-support@thekey.com or the CG can call or text *(925) 359-9083. *I would suggest to the CG to take screen shots of the issue and send it to that number. We can also use this email and phone number for assistance. If a caregiver calls in and says it is saying they are getting a message that they are in the wrong place, still have them clock in and the app will ask them to give a reason. Then please email/text the app team the details so that they can help to correct the issue. Please send out a blast through ClearCare to all CG's tomorrow. I have created a template for you to use.
