Let’s Lead the Cheer: Holiday Celebrations

Dear Leaders,

As we approach the holiday season, we have an exciting opportunity to
engage our teams and caregivers in celebrating together. I need your help
to bring our holiday festivities to life and make this season memorable for
everyone!

From December 16–20, we’re encouraging offices to:

   1.

   Host a Festive Holiday Party:
   -

      Take charge of planning a celebration for your teams and caregivers.
      Whether it’s a potluck, a cookie swap, or a holiday-themed trivia game,
      your leadership will set the tone for a joyful event.

      Refer to the attached PDF for fun, budget-friendly ideas to help you
      get started.
      -

      While we are encouraging you to celebrate this week, feel free to
      keep the party planning going throughout the end of the year!
      2.

   Get Cooking with #TheKeyCooks:
   -

      Inspire your teams to cook, share, and celebrate by preparing a dish
      from our HR Cookbook or their own favorite recipes. Encourage
them to post
      their creations on Workplace with the hashtag #TheKeyCooks.
      -

      Participants will have a chance to win a physical copy of TheKey’s
      Company Cookbook!

We want to make these celebrations inclusive, engaging, and accessible to
all employees and caregivers. Your involvement is critical to creating the
magic of the season and fostering connection.
