I wanted to address the challenges we're facing with caregiver rates in Vancouver. As you know, the presence of many small companies without corporate or franchise fees has led to higher pay rates in the market, averaging around $22 to $24. Additionally, we've observed that caregivers with a registration number are drawn to opportunities where the government pays more than $24. This has resulted in a notable shift in their preferences. In light of these circumstances, I would like to propose more realistic rates for our caregivers. For those without a registration number, I suggest offering a rate between $20 to $21.50. For caregivers with a registration number, we can consider providing a rate of $22 to $23, provided our margins allow it.
