Hi Timothy,
Thank you for forwarding the draft lease I'll review with Brian but he'll
want some bullet points.
Is this replacing another location?
What's the head count projected to be?
Everything else I can pull from the lease. The rate seems very reasonable.
As far as our agreement with CBRE we have forwarded them all our lease
information and they are preparing a presentation for us next week. More
details to follow.
