Thanks Tim,

I wanted to circle back on the pay increase that was apparently in the
works for Brian starting in early June. Regardless of this performance
review, he has not received a pay increase since he started with us over
three years ago. Can you please let me know what we can expect with respect
to a pay increase for Brian?
