I am working with Tim on a project on a vendor/ expense project to
identify opportunities for consolidation and savings across the various
offices.
Could you please send me a copy of your office's credit card and/or bank
statements, depending on how these vendors are paid, in order that we
can put together an accurate picture for each office and
subsequently across the country.
In effect we are looking to be able to document everything that you receive
an invoice for, or have as a monthly recurring expense whether that be Uber,
Docusign, Staples etc.
If you could send me the docs by the end of day Tuesday June 21, that would
be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will be
happy to discuss in further detail.
