Hi Tim,
I met with my bookkeepers and accounting firm to discuss year-end and there
are a lot of tax implications with the LHC purchase so in light of that,
our accounting firm, Rolfe Benson, would like to have a call with all the
concerned parties to get clarity on best steps moving forward - CFO (Mike
or new person), Smythe (LHC's accounting firm) and BDO (if they are still
involved). Please direct me as to the best person to reach out to from
corporate.
Also, with regard to their pricing, they said that if you provide them with
the scope of work, they can give you an estimate based on that.
