Despite the fact that they are all on separate payroll and billing cycles we can move forward with the move. We will need to move the caregivers and clients out of the Oakville (GTA) and Waterloo URL's into the Toronto URL adding two new locations: 1. Oakville (GTA) 2. Waterloo We will likely need to create a third location for Toronto within that URL so those clients and caregivers can be properly assigned. If you would please let me know when the locations are added and I will work with Timothy to inform Cheryl to label her clients and caregivers with the Toronto location. The current set of administrators in both the Oakville and Waterloo URL's will need to have their respective access granted in the Toronto URL based on locations. (The new teams do not need to have access to Toronto's data and vice versa). Please let us know when you need from the team here or on the ground to proceed.
