Hi Chuck, I got the portal request.  Sent to our Credit & Collection team and got this response:

              Our billing is delivered via Media Ebill, requiring clients to login and get their invoices, so that’s incompatible with using other client’s portals.  Our team is too small to manage multiple portals, so our management made the decision to reject such requests.  If you decide on your own to email the invoices to the client, you certainly may.

I am personally hesitant to sign into this portal as I don’t want to be responsible, or libel, for anything.   I will simply email the invoice to you at the end of each month directly.  Okay?  I hope that works.
