Secure Message Delivery (Texting) Basically the answering service will send you a text message, stating you have a new secure message on the secure PCMSI website. You simply click on the app you have installed on your smartphone, and view your messages. That's it. There is an additional cost for this service. It is an extra $3.00 per cell phone. 2. Secure Email (This would be a recap of all messages taken, and what we did with them (who we contacted, if the message was held because it was non-urgent, etc.) We can notify you via email that you have a new message on our secure portal. The portal can be accessed by going to: https://www.pcmsisecure.com/a If you want to go this route, I would just need a user name(s) that you would like to access the site. The user name, and passwords (you'll create this) can be up to 15 characters in length with no special characters (!@#$%^ etc.). There is no cost for this. Please give me a call with any questions.
