I was dealing with a fire as I just found out that one of my caregivers' son tested positive for COVID-19. She does live-in work for one of my Clients so we are now trying to do the investigative work to find out more details. Obviously that caregiver now has been pulled for 14 days to protect our Client but just wanted to ask you guys if: 1. Do any of you have a protocol for situations such as this? I thought I heard on the webinar that corporate was going to put together a protocol document but none has been posted yet. 2. Should I pull the other caregiver that also works with this Client? My worry is if I do so, any new caregiver I put in there will be exposed to the same risks given that Client has been exposed 3. Should the other caregiver and the Client also be tested? Would greatly appreciate anyone's thoughts. Thank you! -- Carolina Orosa President and Chief Operating Officer Home Care Assistance 1861 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC V7V1J7 ph: (778) 279-3634 fax: (778) 279-3635 website: *www.homecareassistancevancouver.ca * https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RX_4cCVybg8 --00000000000047b99105a19d4669 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable HI Guys, S= o sorry that I missed the call today.
